REPORT A CONCERN SIDEWALK-STREET CLOSURE CALENDAR
The Transportation Division manages the operation and maintenance of over 99 miles of paved City streets, alleys, and gravel and oil shot roads, as well as additional rights-of-way, pedestrian access ways, bicycle paths, lighting, various triangle parks, and sidewalks. The Division mission is to safely and efficiently manage and maintain the City streets while providing high levels of customer service. . The Division also shares the responsibility of Public Works fleet management and the maintenance of City-owned buildings and grounds. The Transportation Division hosts monthly Traffic Safety Commission meetings.
